We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Inventory Control Specialist to manage and oversee client-assigned inventory levels, accuracy, and record-keeping. The ideal candidate will ensure inventory accuracy and support the overall supply chain process.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records using inventory management software.
Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
Track and report inventory levels, movement, and variances.
Investigate and resolve inventory issues, discrepancies, and damages.
Prepare inventory reports for management review.
Maintain filing systems and documentation related to inventory transactions.
Assist in cycle counts and annual physical inventories.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.
Proven experience in inventory control, warehouse, or supply chain management.
Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office.
Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
