This Human Resources Summer Associate Internship is an 11-week, paid internship. During your internship, you'll have the opportunity to support a variety of projects that focus on employee retention and engagement initiatives, HR compliance, and HR operations. You'll receive mentorship, enhance your skills with hands-on real-world experiences, and have a little bit of fun too!

Recruitment Timeline Expectations
September through October 20th: Accepting applications
Mid October through Early November 2025: Video interviews conducted
November 2025: Formal interviews conducted
December 2025: Offers extended

Current Junior or Senior pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Health Care Administration, or a related field is preferred
Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher preferred
Preference will be given to candidates who have demonstrated leadership ability through their studies, employment, or extracurricular activities
Availability to participate in the Summer Associates Program full-time from June to August 2026 for approximately 11 weeks with minimal absence
