Job Title: Warehouse Custom PSN Operator
Location: City of Industry, CA
Core Responsibilities Perform special custom processing operations in the warehouse, including but not limited to gilding, laser engraving, and embroidery, ensuring processing quality meets client and order requirements. Operate relevant processing equipment (such as gilding machines, laser engravers, embroidery machines, etc.), conduct daily equipment inspections, debugging, and basic maintenance to ensure normal operation. Familiarize and quickly master supporting processing software (e.g., equipment control systems, order management systems), accurately set processing parameters based on order information, and efficiently complete production tasks. Cooperate with the warehouse team to ensure the smooth flow of custom orders. Comply with warehouse safety operation specifications, maintain 5S management (sort, set in order, shine, standardize, sustain) in the processing area, and prevent safety accidents and quality issues.
Qualifications High school diploma or above. 1+ year of processing operation experience in manufacturing (e.g., apparel, gifts, printing) is preferred. Familiarity with gilding, laser engraving, embroidery, or similar processes is a plus. Basic equipment operation skills, ability to quickly learn and master new equipment, and knowledge of basic equipment maintenance. Certain software operation capabilities, able to quickly adapt to equipment control systems, order management software, and digital operating environments. Detail-oriented with strong quality awareness, able to strictly follow standards to ensure product qualification rates. Proactive and responsible in work. Good communication skills and teamwork spirit. Compliance with safety regulations, with no record of improper operation of dangerous equipment. Preferred Qualifications
Hold relevant equipment operation certificates (e.g., laser equipment operation certificate). Experience in cross-field work between warehousing and manufacturing, familiar with customized order processes.
