Job Title: Housekeeper

Key Responsibilities
Room Cleaning & Maintenance
Clean and tidy guest rooms daily, including changing linens, vacuuming floors, dusting, and sanitizing bathrooms. Replenish guest amenities and supplies such as towels, toiletries, and minibar items. Report any maintenance issues or damages to the maintenance team or supervisor.
Common Area Cleaning
Clean hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, elevators, and other public areas as scheduled. Maintain the cleanliness of housekeeping carts, closets, and equipment.
Guest Service
Respond promptly to guest requests (e.g., extra towels, pillows). Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction through professional and courteous service.
Compliance & Safety
Follow all health and safety regulations and sanitation standards. Use cleaning chemicals properly and safely. Follow hotel policies on key control and guest privacy.
Qualifications Prior experience in housekeeping or hospitality Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
