Order Management Specialist / Customer Service Representative

is responsible for handling inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring effective communication between the customer and internal departments. This role requires a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has experience working with global logistics and order tracking systems. A strong commitment to customer satisfaction and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities Serve as a liaison between customers and the manufacturing facility. Enter and track orders in the system and confirm parts availability. Research and verify credits, issue billing and credit memos, and manage product returns (RMA). Provide technical assistance and product information to customers. Coordinate with global freight forwarding companies to ensure accurate documentation and timely international shipments. Work with internal departments such as customer service, sales, production, and quality assurance to address customer complaints and resolve issues. Ensure compliance with company quality policies and standard operating procedures. Maintain accurate records and ensure all documentation meets regulatory and customer requirements. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to order management and customer service. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, international business, or equivalent experience. Minimum of five years of customer service experience, preferably in a manufacturing or logistics environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to take ownership of customer issues. Proficient in SAP, Microsoft Office, and other business applications. Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in export shipping and global logistics is required. Familiarity with technical terminology related to plumbing and piping is a plus. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple customer accounts and work in a collaborative team environment. Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently. Flexible schedule and a proactive, company-spirited mindset.
