LHH is actively looking for a Benefits Administrator to support our client's HR team in the Houston area during the open enrollment season. This contract opportunity is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with experience in benefits administration, HRIS systems, and employee support.

Pay Rate:
$24.00 - $30.00/hr (Depending on Experience)
About the Role As a
Benefits Administrator , you will play a key role in managing the
employee benefits enrollment process , ensuring accuracy, compliance, and excellent service delivery. You'll work closely with HR teams and employees to process benefit elections, resolve issues, and maintain data integrity across platforms. Key Responsibilities
Benefits Enrollment Support:
Assist employees with questions and guide them through the enrollment process.
HRIS & Benefits Platform Management:
Enter and update benefit elections in systems like Workday, ADP, UKG, or Benefitfocus.
Employee Communication:
Respond to inquiries regarding medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, and other plans.
Documentation & Compliance:
Ensure timely documentation and compliance with ERISA and company policies.
Carrier Coordination:
Liaise with insurance providers and third-party administrators.
Reporting & Audits:
Generate reports, verify data accuracy, and assist with audits.
Training & Materials Distribution:
Help distribute open enrollment materials and resources.
Administrative Support:
Provide general support to the HR and benefits team during peak periods.
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.
Experience:
Minimum 2 years in benefits administration or HR support.
Technical Skills:
Familiarity with HRIS and benefits platforms (Workday, ADP, UKG, etc.).
Soft Skills:
Strong communication, attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
Confidentiality:
Ability to handle sensitive employee data with discretion.
Teamwork:
Comfortable working independently and collaboratively.
