$107,453.00 - $142,140.00 per year Duties: Analyze all internal and external vendors’ supply chain data and optimize current supply chain system using programming language (such as SQL) and data visualization tools (such as Tableau and Power BI). Solve semiconductor supply chain constraints, and manage material movement based on supply chain theory (such as pareto analysis) and lower external vendors’ cycle time to speed up product lead time. Interface with internal customers to determine business process requirements. Develop new processes and systems, and work with local and overseas employees to implement new business and supply chain processes. Collaborate with Corporate IS to design and implement new systems. Create visualized dashboard based on supply chain and statistics knowledge of SQL and Tableau for local and overseas employees’ factory data analysis. Partial telecommute benefit (2 days WFH). Requirements: Must have a Master’s degree in Industrial Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field of study (willing to accept a foreign education equivalent) and 24 months of experience as a Business Analyst or related role driving system automation projects to improve production planning and optimize inventory. Alternatively, may have a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field of study (willing to accept a foreign education equivalent) and 48 months of experience as a Business Analyst or related role driving system automation projects to improve production planning and optimize inventory. Must also possess the following: Demonstrated Experience (“DE”) forecasting long and short-term capacity needs for customer demand fulfilment using Supply/Demand data analysis; DE defining and measuring key performance metrics for semiconductor factory operations against targets, capacity health and delivery plans through automated Python, SQL and Data visualizations; DE with building models to identify root cause, predict bottlenecks, and optimize supply chain constraints; and DE testing and designing manufacturing software, such as (FPS), JDA’s Supply Chain Planner (SCP), and Inventory Optimizer (IO) to drive KPIs.
