Lead the Recruitment Strategy
: Design and execute scalable talent acquisition systems to consistently attract high-performing agents and top talent to the brokerage. •
Own the Candidate Journey
: From sourcing and first contact to interviews and onboarding, deliver a seamless, high-touch experience that reflects the KWCP brand. •
Build Talent Pipelines
: Use strategic prospecting (calls, social, in-person events) to build and maintain a consistent pipeline of high-quality candidates. •
Drive Data-Backed Results
: Track performance metrics, conversion rates, and key hiring goals to report results and refine your approach. •
Collaborate with Leadership
: Partner with Market Center leaders to understand hiring needs, share insights, and create alignment between recruiting and business goals. Qualifications:
Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in real estate recruiting, business development, or sales • Track record of success in talent acquisition or leadership recruiting • Strong time management, organization, and CRM/database experience • Familiarity with KW systems and models is a plus, but not required Compensation: $75,000-$100,000 yearly
