Proven track record of growing revenue in an Auto Body Collision environment Strong financial understanding and ability to interpret profit and loss statements Ability to manage all aspects of business; sales, profit, production efficiency, quality, customer service and staffing. Must be comfortable working in a high-volume collision shop environment Ability to work independently with little or no supervision An experienced professional who thinks big and has an “owner’s mentality” The ideal candidate would be interested in career advancement including multi-unit operations management.
Auto Body Collision – General Manager Daily Duties
Assumes full responsibility for center profit and loss (P&L) management, including following cash control and security procedures, managing supply and materials costs, managing staffing, and facilitating materials and supply ordering and management Provides leadership, management and oversight to all center personnel; including hiring, training, developing, coaching and promoting team members, as well as managing compensation and discipline Ensures all personnel and team members understand all key performance indicators (KPI’s) and are given the proper training and support to meet or exceed all KPI’s consistently
