We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Control Clerk to join our warehouse team. The Inventory Control Clerk is responsible for maintaining accurate records of inventory levels and collaborating with various teams to optimize inventory stock management processes. The ideal candidate will have experience with warehouse management software, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key

Responsibilities:

Perform daily cycle counts (minimum 20) in the South Warehouse and reconcile discrepancies. Maintain accurate inventory spreadsheets for the Plymouth warehouse. Track stored job-cost materials and update related spreadsheets. Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies. Prepare and distribute inventory reports for South and Plymouth warehouses. Generate rigging inventory reports and circulate to relevant teams. Coordinate with departments to forecast material needs. Facilitate stock transfers and replenishment of satellite warehouses. Maintain and update ABC codes; recommend improvements. Support physical inventory efforts in OH, MI, and PA warehouses. Analyze stock levels and propose adjustments for the upcoming year. Update Acumatica with product images, dimensions, and weights. Assist in implementing barcoding and RF capabilities. Configure replenishment settings in Acumatica. Required Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum 3 years of experience in inventory control, warehousing, or logistics. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Experience with inventory management systems (e.g., Acumatica) preferred. Strong understanding of inventory control principles and best practices. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Comfortable working in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed Travel:

Occasional travel to satellite offices is required. Physical Demands:

Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs. Prolonged periods of standing, walking, bending, and lifting. Occasional: climbing stairs, stooping, kneeling, squatting, crawling, reaching, pushing/pulling. Frequent: reading, depth perception. Continuous: speaking clearly, seeing, hearing, and color vision.
