Alpha Omega integration seeks a
Vice President of Cyber Security . The ideal candidate will build and manage the team which advises senior federal clients regarding the development and improvement of cybersecurity governance policy and processes, A&A / C&A activities, and security architecture reviews across the IT enterprise. Support client services in the analysis of security program challenges and solutions, and the development and leadership of a governance maintenance program.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee Cyber Security practice, ensuring Cyber security solutions delivery, Alpha Omega internal compliance is successful, and growing and upskilling our Cyber team
Develop relationships and pursue opportunities for Alpha Omega’s growth and inclusion on technically transformative efforts with government customer base
Formulate partnerships with key companies to pursue related opportunities
Participate in the proposal development, review, and completion process
Develop and deliver proof of concept, customer demos, presentations, and white papers
Attend industry/community events to increase awareness of Alpha Omega’s capabilities
Maintain acute awareness of market and industry trends
Coordinate with various teams and stakeholders as required
Delegate responsibilities to team members and provide guidance and direction
Act as Cyber Security Liaison for leadership team, Client Services, Partners and Customers
Create skills expansion and career advancement opportunities for Cyber team members
Evaluate team members, providing constructive feedback
Required Qualifications Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Criminology, Management, Communication and Soft Science disciplines, or a similar program
Experience/Skills
15 to 18 years of experience in technology program management and/or cyber security governance, policy, A&A / C&A, and multi-platform information security architecture
10 years of experience working in a Federal cyber security environment
Cyber certifications required CISSP, CCSP, or equivalent Cyber certifications
Knowledge of FedRAMP, and NIST authorization to operate (ATO) process and procedures, and Cyber policy.
The ability to travel to client site, as needed
Must be a U.S Citizen and be able to get security clearance
Preferred Qualifications
Industry certifications including Cloud/AWS, PMP, CSM, ITIL
Experience with Agile, CMMI and ISO 9000 processes
Experience effectively communicating Cyber requirements, solutions, and value
Salary and Benefit Information The likely salary range for this position is $172,000-$230,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position and could fall outside of this range.
