Sanitation Operations Lead Join our dynamic team as we strive to become the world’s greatest bakers! Overview In this pivotal role, the Sanitation Operations Lead will guide a team of sanitation technicians to uphold the highest standards of cleanliness throughout the facility, ensuring both personnel and food safety at all times. This versatile position requires adaptability, as you will also train new hires during night shifts and temporarily cover for other team leaders during their absence. Tuition reimbursement to support your educational goals. Schedule: Nights: 7:00pm - 7:00am 2-2-3 rotating schedule Weekend availability is required. Pay Rate: $27.00 per hour

with an additional $1 per hour shift differential for hours worked between 6:00pm and 6:00am. Key Responsibilities Model and promote teamwork and mutual respect within the team. Ensure adherence to company safety standards at all times. Oversee daily tasks assigned to crew members based on training and staffing levels. Regularly monitor cleaning procedures to meet safety and environmental standards. Conduct pre-shift meetings and provide actionable feedback to team members. Lead and mentor team members on proper cleaning practices and machinery sanitization. Complete performance evaluations with constructive feedback for team improvement. Maintain accurate sanitation records on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. Collaborate with QA, Maintenance, and Production departments to ensure effective cleaning practices. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in industrial sanitation, preferably in the food manufacturing sector. Proven leadership and motivational skills. Trustworthy with the ability to work independently with minimal oversight. Effective stress management and skills in handling personnel issues. Working knowledge of HACCP/FSMA, food industry GMPs, BRC standards, WHMIS, first aid, basic food safety/microbiology, LOTO, and OHSA. Capability to work in various environmental conditions including cold, hot, and humid settings. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. A passionate advocate for sanitation and its critical role in food safety and quality. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
