## **Location:** Virtual within the US**Travel:** 70% to customer sites## **Overview****The Solution Strategy Team** is seeking a **Sr Solutions Strategy Director to drive the strategic direction, market positioning, and go-to-market execution for Blue Yonder’s Retail Supply Chain Planning solutions.** This role will be responsible for product feature prioritization, competitive positioning, pipeline support, and sales enablement, ensuring that our solutions align with market needs and drive customer success. As a key leader within the Solution Strategy Team, you will work closely with Product Management, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success Teams to define and execute strategies that enhance our Retail Supply Chain Planning product offering, increase market adoption, and drive revenue growth.## **What you'll do***Market Positioning** Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for **Global retail supply chain planning** , defining compelling value propositions for different customer segments.* Market Positioning and messaging to position **the Retail Supply Chain Planning solutions** as a market leader, differentiating it from key players in the industry.* Collaborate with **analyst relations** teams to strengthen Blue Yonder’s presence in industry reports (e.g., Gartner, Forrester).* Identify and drive **new market opportunities** to accelerate adoption of global retail supply chain planningsolutions globally*Product Capability Prioritization** Work closely with **Product Management** to shape the **global retail supply chain planning** roadmap, ensuring solutions align with customer needs and evolving market trends.* Analyze customer feedback, industry trends, and competitive intelligence to drive innovation and product enhancements.* Partner with engineering and UX teams to enhance core capabilities, ensuring best-in-class functionality*Sales Enablement & Pipeline Support** Develop and deliver **sales training, playbooks, and competitive positioning materials** to empower field teams.* Support sales and pre-sales teams in **strategic customer engagements, RFPs, and executive presentations** to drive business growth.* Act as a **trusted advisor** for key enterprise customers, effectively articulating the value of **Global Retail Supply Chain Planning solutions***Customer & Partner Engagement** Establish and nurture strong relationships with **customers, partners, and industry stakeholders** to drive adoption* Lead Industry conferences, executive briefings ensuring alignment between market needs and product strategy.* Collaborate with strategic partners to expand the **ecosystem** and enhance solution offerings.*Cross-Functional Leadership** **Partner with Marketing** to create compelling messaging, thought leadership content, and demand generation campaigns* **Work with Finance and Operations** to support pricing and packaging strategies for Retail Supply Chain Planning solutions## ## **What we are looking for**## ## *Must-Have Qualifications** 10+ years of experience in software solution strategy, product marketing, or retail planning solutions, preferably within Retail, CPG, or Enterprise SaaS environments.* Deep expertise in Retail Planning disciplines, including:

+ **Merchandise Financial Planning**

+ **Assortment Planning & Optimization**

+ **Allocation and Replenishment*** Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence across product, sales, marketing, and executive teams.* Exceptional communication, storytelling, and presentation skills – able to articulate business value and product vision to both technical and non-technical audiences.* Strong executive presence with the ability to engage and influence at all levels.*Nice to Have** Experience with Blue Yonder’s Retail Supply Chain Planning or Retail Planning solutions.* Background in B2B SaaS, particularly in retail technology, merchandising, or planning solutions.* Understanding of AI/ML applications in **Merchandize Financial Planning**, **assortment planning & Allocation and Replenishment**.* Experience engaging with industry analysts (e.g., Gartner, Forrester) and participating in market assessments.**Comparable Titles:** Sr Director Industry Strategy, Principal Solutions Advisor\*LI-AD1#LI-remote-------------------------------------------The salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data.

Minimums and maximums may vary based on location.

Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors.
