The
Supply Chain Digitalization & Tools Manager
is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing advanced digital platforms that optimize global sourcing, logistics, and client–factory operations. The role requires specialized knowledge in supply chain management, information systems, and process automation, as well as technical expertise in enterprise software and data analytics. The incumbent will apply these skills to solve complex operational problems, integrate global workflows, and enhance end-to-end supply chain visibility.
Primary Duties
•
ERP & Digital Platforms:
Identify, evaluate, and implement ERP systems, digital sourcing tools, and supply chain visibility platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle NetSuite, Salesforce).
•
Systems Implementation:
Lead full lifecycle implementation projects, including requirements gathering, systems design, vendor evaluation, testing, rollout, and end-user training.
•
Process Optimization:
Analyze and re-engineer sourcing, procurement, and logistics workflows to enable automation, accuracy, and efficiency.
•
Data & Analytics:
Design dashboards and reporting tools (Tableau, Power BI, SQL, Excel) to monitor supplier performance, order status, lead times, and cost savings.
•
Systems Integration:
Enable real-time digital connectivity between the U.S. office, overseas factories, freight forwarders, and retail clients.
•
Compliance Digitization:
Develop digital trade document processes to meet regulatory and industry standards (e.g., OEKO-TEX, GOTS).
•
Change Management:
Train staff, suppliers, and clients on digital systems, ensuring adoption of technology solutions across the supply chain.
