Are you passionate about construction and project management? Do you want to be part of a dynamic, innovative team dedicated to building the future? We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager in the Construction industry to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead complex construction projects, manage teams, and deliver high-quality results. You will be involved in every phase of our projects, from planning to completion, and will play a critical role in ensuring our projects are successful. Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and coordinate all phases of one or more projects from pre-design through post-construction. Develop and manage project schedules and budgets, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Coordinate and oversee the work of the project team, including architects, engineers, contractors, and other professionals. Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with local and national building codes, safety regulations, and other relevant standards. Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any issues or concerns that arise. Identify, assess, and manage project risks, developing contingency plans as necessary. Review and approve project plans and specifications, ensuring they meet project objectives and client requirements. Resolve any problems or disputes that arise during the project, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction. Qualifications
A minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry, with a proven track record of managing and delivering complex projects. A bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field is a plus, but NOT required Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and safety regulations. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and coordinate a diverse project team. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate and resolve issues before they escalate. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, team members, and stakeholders. Proficiency in project management software and other relevant technology. Professional certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is a plus. Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
