Senior Paid Search Marketing Manager

Your Key Responsibilities: Oversee and enhance performance across Google Ads and other search platforms to foster growth driven by LTV. Lead experimental initiatives including bidding model assessments, campaign structure optimization, creative testing, and audience segmentation. Uncover new avenues for growth through account expansion, platform integration, and remaining attuned to the latest search industry trends. Proactively adapt to platform changes, embracing new features and beta testing opportunities as they arise. Regularly analyze performance data and clearly communicate insights, successes, and challenges. Collaborate closely with product development and engineering teams to create effective data tracks, LTV signaling pipelines, and adapt landing pages. Work alongside marketing and product teams to integrate Paid Search into the overall growth strategy of the company. Who You Are: At least 7 years of experience managing large-scale paid search campaigns, with a minimum of 3 years dedicated to subscription or D2C products. A proven record of successfully scaling advertising spend while enhancing LTV:CAC ratios. Strong background in conversion optimization, targeted audience strategies, and creative testing practices. Experience with various attribution models and incrementality testing; understanding the synergy between SEM and SEO. Expertise in budget management and forecasting. Fluency in advanced Excel, with knowledge of Looker as an added advantage. Thorough understanding of automated bidding strategies with practical experience in optimizing CPA or ROAS objectives. Preferred Qualifications: Experience within the marketing realm of subscription products or digital content services. Knowledge of mobile app marketing and app store optimization. Familiarity with tools like Google Tag Manager, Looker, or Appsflyer is a plus.
