Overview:
The Detailer is a team player responsible for meticulously cleaning the interiors and exteriors of customer vehicles, ensuring outstanding service, and leaving every customer satisfied. As a Car Wash Detailer, you'll assist customers at various points during their visit, including at the carwash entrance and the finishing stations. Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with the potential to earn cash tips daily! Average earnings are around $19 per hour, with the best performers making over $22 per hour. Location:

Present a professional demeanor, behavior, and appearance in accordance with company policy. Ability to perform essential functions safely without endangering oneself or others. Responsibilities: Thoroughly clean customer vehicles to a high standard based on the chosen wash package. Greet customers enthusiastically and assist them with their vehicles, ensuring clear communication. Drive vehicles on and off the conveyor, manage wash types effectively, and maintain safety standards. Keep the environment clean and organized year-round by performing various maintenance tasks. Wash and dry towels, carry cleaning supplies, and maintain equipment and facilities. Follow Waterway policies and procedures, particularly those related to safety. Assist management with additional tasks as needed. Physical Requirements: Environmental:
Work outdoors year-round, experiencing temperature fluctuations and various weather conditions. Physical:
Ability to stand for extended periods, lift and carry up to 50 pounds, and adapt to a fast-paced environment. Vision and Hearing:

Fluent in English to communicate effectively with customers and team members. Attendance:
