User Support & Training

Act as the primary contact for SharePoint-related issues and enhancements. Provide training, guidance, and documentation for SharePoint and M365 tools. Promote adoption of SharePoint sites and collaboration tools.

Site & Content Management

Create and manage SharePoint Online sites, pages, lists, and libraries. Help teams design user-friendly, business-relevant collaboration and intranet sites. Maintain content structures, templates, and best practices.

Permissions & Governance

Manage user permissions and sharing settings to ensure secure access. Enforce governance policies (site creation, naming conventions, content lifecycle). Ensure compliance with data security and retention policies.

Workflow & Automation

Collaborate with teams to automate processes using Power Automate and other M365 tools. Support integration with Teams, OneDrive, and Power Platform. Optimize workflows for document approval, notifications, and tracking.

Monitoring & Continuous Improvement

Monitor usage and performance of SharePoint Online sites. Recommend improvements for usability and collaboration. Stay updated on Microsoft 365 features and advise on efficiency opportunities.

Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field. Microsoft 365 certifications (e. g., SharePoint Administrator, Teams Administrator Associate). Experience designing intranet or collaboration sites. Technical Skills

Proven experience administering SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365. Skilled in managing permissions, content, and site design. Familiarity with Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and Power Platform (Power Automate, PowerApps). Ability to create and support simple workflows and forms. Professional Skills

Strong communication skills to support and train non-technical users. Excellent organizational and documentation abilities. Capable of gathering requirements and translating business needs into SharePoint solutions. Proactive and customer-focused problem solver.
