Workday HCM Lead
to oversee delivery quality across a variety of Workday deployment methodologies, including Launch, Launch Express, and other tailored approaches. This person will play a key role in leading client-facing implementation efforts and mentoring junior team members across complex projects. You'll be a strategic leader within your capability area, helping grow and shape the team while also engaging directly with customers to ensure best-in-class delivery. 5 years of experience leading
Workday HCM implementations , with emphasis on
HCM Core and Core Compensation Strong configuration and process design experience across HCM and compensation Working knowledge of Workday tools such as Report Writer, EIBs, calculated fields, and security configuration Experience with additional modules like
Advanced Compensation, Recruiting, or Talent
is a strong plus Proven background in
Workday implementation methodologies
and best practices Skilled in stakeholder engagement, client presentations, and navigating high-level discussions Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with other consultants and understand interdependencies across modules Open to minimal travel within the region as needed Strong verbal and written communication skills Certifications Required: Workday HCM and Core Compensation certification Certification in at least one additional area, ideally
