Overview

Systems Analyst 2 (1536) - Austin, TX (Hybrid) On Site and Telework. Position will be 2 days remote with 3 days onsite (Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays). Program will only accept LOCAL ONLY candidates. 11 Months Contract. Responsibilities

Design user interfaces and experiences for enterprise systems, including wireframes, prototypes, and visual hierarchies using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch. Collaborate with technical and non-technical teams, translating business needs into intuitive design solutions that align with accessibility and branding standards. Apply UX design principles such as hierarchy, contrast, and alignment to create responsive and accessible web and mobile interfaces. Create wireframes and prototypes that support agile development cycles, including sketch-to-visual fidelity transitions. Qualifications

Required Skills: 4 Years - Hands-on experience designing user interfaces and experiences for enterprise systems, including wireframes, prototypes, and visual hierarchies using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch. Required Skills: 4 Years - Demonstrated ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams, translating business needs into intuitive design solutions that align with accessibility and branding standards. Required Skills: 4 Years - Experience applying UX design principles such as hierarchy, contrast, and alignment to create responsive and accessible web and mobile interfaces. Required Skills: 4 Years - Experience creating wireframes and prototypes that support agile development cycles, including sketch-to-visual fidelity transitions. Preferred Skills: 5 Years - Experience designing graphical diagrams and visual narratives to communicate timelines, workflows, and system architecture. Preferred Skills: 3 Years - Demonstrated ability to facilitate design workshops and feedback sessions with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs. Preferred Skills: 3 Years - Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or related field. Equivalent experience may be substituted. Preferred Skills: 3 Years - Strong multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple design streams across concurrent work effort. Employment Details
