Corporate Receptionist

LHH Recruitment is working with a non-profit organization in Phoenix. This company is in search of a corporate receptionist to join their team. This job is fully onsite, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. The hourly pay is between $22/hr-$24/hr.

The Corporate Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for all visitors, callers, and stakeholders. The ideal candidate has prior front desk/receptionist experience in a professional environment and is seeking a long-term opportunity in this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors, clients, and staff in a professional and courteous manner
  • Answer and route incoming phone calls promptly and accurately
  • Maintain front desk security and visitor log procedures
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
  • Provide administrative support to staff as needed
  • Coordinate meeting room schedules and set-up
  • Uphold the organization’s mission and values through every interaction

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional receptionist or front desk experience required
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Friendly, reliable, and highly organized
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Demonstrated commitment to a long-term role in reception/administrative support

Pay Details: $22.00 to $24.00 per hour
