We are seeking an experienced Epic Bridges Analyst to support integration efforts across the enterprise Epic environment. This role will focus on designing, building, and optimizing interfaces to ensure seamless interoperability between Epic modules and external systems. The ideal candidate will be Epic Bridges certified with strong experience in healthcare integration initiatives.
Responsibilities:
•Lead the design, build, configuration, and support of
Epic Bridges interfaces
connecting Epic with external systems.
•Translate business and clinical requirements into technical interface specifications.
•Map and validate HL7 messaging to ensure accurate and efficient exchange of patient data.
•Collaborate closely with integration teams, application analysts, and clinical stakeholders to align workflows.
•Perform rigorous testing, troubleshooting, and validation of interfaces prior to deployment.
•Provide documentation, support, and knowledge transfer to operational and technical teams.
•Support cutover and go-live activities for integration projects.
•Recommend best practices for interoperability and ensure compliance with organizational and industry standards.
Qualifications:
• Epic Bridges certification required.
•3+ years of hands-on Epic interface development and support experience.
•Strong knowledge of HL7 standards and healthcare integration best practices.
•Familiarity with tools such as Cloverleaf, Mirth, or other interface engines preferred.
•Experience with system consolidation or enterprise-wide Epic integrations desirable.
•Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
