Overview
Role: MFG Automotive Supply Chain Consultant. At least 11 years of experience in Information Technology. Preferred Qualifications: familiarity with at least one industry segment - Automotive, Aerospace, Discrete Manufacturing, Process Manufacturing or CPG. Experience leading client engagements in technology transformation programs, mentoring a team of domain consultants and business analysts, and co-owning sales initiatives and marketing efforts. Able to co-own sales initiatives and marketing efforts. Support bid management/proposal making. Conceptualize and co-build offerings and solutions with the tech team based on market needs. Expertise in one or two functional areas: Planning, Manufacturing Operations, Supply Chain, Sourcing & Procurement, Logistics & Distribution, Customer Relationship, Sales, Channel Management, Aftermarket and Service. End-to-end technology transformation program experience. Ability to interact at CXO level. Publication in business periodicals or invited speakership in industry forums. Global experience, especially stints in the US or Europe. Experience with IT or Consulting/Advisory firms. IIBA/APICS/SCOR/TOGAF or equivalent certifications. Bridge gap between business and IT ensuring common understanding and IT/Business alignment. Coordinate the involvement of business subject matter experts in all aspects of the project.
