Role Description
Position assists with the maintenance, control, management, and archiving of all electronic and paper documentation utilized and generated by the project team according to Client's goals and objectives. Job Responsibilities
Track, index, manage, and archive project utilized and/or generated hard copy and electronic copy documentation Verify client compliance documents are maintained and archived Verify compliance with company archiving policies, procedures, and administrative guidelines Complete tracking, logging, updating, and version control of technical documents according to business standards Complete daily, weekly, and monthly reports Work with stakeholders, various management teams, and field personnel to assure proper document retention Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications & Skills for Success
High school degree or equivalent Minimum of 3 years of experience in working in the petrochemical industry with document control experience (preferred) Minimum of 1 year of experience in an office setting or administrative responsibilities (preferred) Knowledgeable of engineering document control standards Additional Details
