What You Will Need: BA/BS degree in Science, Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare, Business, or a related field. A minimum of 4 years of relevant work or consulting experience with large global, mid-sized pharma, or biotech clients. Strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, including drug development and launch processes. Ability to analyze complex information, identify key issues, and develop effective strategies. Excellent communication skills to present strategic recommendations to stakeholders, including senior management. Subject matter expertise in life sciences areas such as Oncology, Data Analytics, Global Market Access, or Commercial Strategy. 2+ years of experience managing project teams, including work plans, staffing, deadlines, scope, and budget. Demonstrated success in supervising, coaching, and mentoring junior staff, guiding their career development. Willingness to travel to client sites across the US, up to 20% of the time. Authorization to work for any US employer without sponsorship. What Would Be Nice To Have: Advanced degree preferred - PhD, PharmD, MBA, or MS. Outstanding written and oral communication skills. Collaborative team player with exceptional client management experience. A proven track record of expanding client relationships and identifying new business opportunities. The annual salary range for this position is $102,000.00 - $170,000.00, depending on factors like skills, experience, and business needs.
