is looking for an
Experienced or
Senior
Facilities Analyst
to join the 737 Manufacturing Operations Support & Logistics team based out of
Renton, Washington
.
This role interacts with all parts of the Project Lifecycle and allows for creative process development and deployment, while working with cross-functional teams. Day-to-day assignments may vary in complexity and priority supporting all levels of the organization's strategy requiring a proactive problem solver. The candidate should have knowledge of project planning, metrics development, and asset management.
Position Responsibilities:
Generates plans, acquires materials, and schedules services for MOS&L activities
Communicates with internal and external suppliers and customers to provide information regarding adherence to scheduled activities
May research open jobs and validate and confirm availability of labor and non-labor resources (e.g., tools, parts) and assets (e.g., machinery, building, equipment) in order to meet customer service requests, government requirements (e.g., environment, safety), and planned maintenance activities
Participates in and supports elements of projects
With limited supervision, collects and logs accurate data from various systems.
Takes collected data and presents related metrics to upper management
Performs analysis using developed tools
Assists in making recommendations and implementing improvements
Ensures that configuration control is maintained for data, processes, equipment, and documents
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
3+ years of experience working with data analytics
3+ years of experience working with data visualization
3+ years of experience using Microsoft Office Products such as Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
5+ years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Bachelor's degree or higher
1+ years of experience with Project Management

Experienced (Level 3): $91,800 - $112,200
Senior (Level 4): $111,600 - $136,400
