Job Description
Administers the Human Resource Management System (HRMS), ensuring quality, data integrity, and supporting business processes, configurations, security, and reporting. Acts as a technical contact for HRIS-related tasks, collaborates with HR, Benefits, Recruitment, Payroll, Finance, and Business Owners, recommends process improvements, supports upgrades and technical projects, and provides HR management support. Essential Duties
Reviews, tests, and implements system upgrades or patches, coordinating with functional teams. Resolves system problems and recommends solutions. Manages HRMS projects, serving as a point of contact for stakeholders and third parties. Generates reports and queries, ensuring data accuracy through audits. Analyzes business requirements, collaborates with stakeholders, and identifies process improvements. Prepares documentation, guidelines, and trains end-users. Maintains inquiry tickets, following up and updating as needed. Qualifications
Experience with Workday implementation is critical. Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience. Certifications in relevant areas are preferred. Minimum of four (4) years HRIS experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
