Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Quality Inspector to join their team. As a Quality Inspector, you will be part of the Quality Assurance Department supporting production and inspection teams. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title:
Quality Inspector
Location: Houston, Texas 77073
Pay Range:
$28 - $30 per hour
Shift:
Monday to Friday, Shift-TBD
What's the Job?
Approve incoming materials by conducting visual, dimensional, and electrical tests
Create, communicate, and follow up on Non-Conformance reports and Corrective Actions with suppliers
Approve in-process production and first article parts through visual, dimensional, and electrical testing
Initiate Root Cause analysis and implement corrective actions to address quality issues
Verify finished products by conducting visual, measurement, and electrical tests, and sign off on job travelers, test reports, and Certificates of Conformance
What's Needed?
No minimum experience required
Ability to perform visual, dimensional, and electrical inspections
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Good communication skills for reporting and documentation
Ability to verify measurement equipment and ensure proper calibration
