Our client in Raleigh, NC is looking for a Supply Chain Administrator to join their growing team! This person will assist with company invoicing, billing, financial reporting, order tracking, inventory management and communicating directly with vendors. The ideal candidate will possess some level of accounting and supply chain knowledge and good communication skills. Roles and responsibilities include buy are not limited to:
• Manage the full supply chain process from overseas vendors to U.S. delivery points
• Handle invoice processing and purchase orders (POs) with extreme attention to detail
• Understand and apply basic accounting principles (QuickBooks experience preferred)
• Coordinate currency exchange and international payments
• Ensure timely and accurate payment of invoices
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners

Required Skills & Experience • 5-10 years of relevant experience in supply chain, and logistics. • Proficient in QuickBooks and understands general accounting workflows • Strong attention to detail • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment
