This role offers an exciting opportunity to help shape new business models and modernize processes and technology. In the role of Managing Consultant, you will lead the charge in driving significant projects and client management efforts. Your responsibilities will include overseeing multiple workstreams, ensuring that client engagements are successful through daily interaction and operational meetings with both client sponsors and internal teams. You will also be tasked with delivering polished presentations and reports to key stakeholders, mentoring junior consultants, and ensuring high-quality deliverables. We prioritize your professional development, providing a clear path for career advancement. As you enhance your project management and leadership skills, you have the potential to progress to the Associate Director level. What You Will Need: Over 5 years of experience in consumer banking, either as a consultant or within the industry. A Bachelor's degree. Ability to adapt and excel in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. Experience in areas such as: Consumer banking regulations and compliance. Operational improvement and effectiveness. Technology strategy and governance. Business architecture and operating models. Business process improvement. Change management. Exceptional presentation, communication, and facilitation skills. Willingness to travel up to 75% for client engagements. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Creative problem-solving abilities with a collaborative mindset. Strong focus on delivering exceptional quality in all outputs. Proven experience leading client service delivery teams. Ability to manage multiple projects with exceptional attention to detail. Motivated and dynamic attitude towards work and career. What Would Be Nice to Have: Management consulting experience preferred. Relevant certifications such as CPA, Lean Six Sigma, or PMP. The annual salary range for this position is $122,000.00 - $204,000.00, based on a variety of factors such as experience and qualifications.
