To learn more about how we can supercharge progress for you, visit www.hcltech.com Senior Business Analyst Job Summary To act as a liaison between the business and technical teams, analyze and document business requirements, and suggest design solutions to the assigned project team as per the business requirement. Key Responsibilities To prepare the functional specification document and ensure its completeness and storage. To understand the business requirements and map them to functional specifications. To participate and facilitate the walkthrough to brief the functional specification mapping to business requirements. To prepare and/or aid the preparation of test cases in line with functional requirements. To suggest design solutions. Compensation and Benefits A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
