Your Opportunity We are growing and are actively seeking a Senior Federal Project Manager/Program Manager with extensive multidisciplinary environmental experience. Key Responsibilities: The Senior Federal Project Manager/Program Manager, located in Minneapolis, senior industry representative for Stantec’s Federal practice. Position and develop Stantec within the Federal market for contract expansion and securing task orders Installation Coordinator and Contract Task Order Manager for Federal Contracts. Responsible for ensuring adherence to project delivery processes. Oversee and manage the development of project scope and budget and oversight of project technical requirements. Uphold a corporate culture that promotes ethical practices, encourages individual integrity, and focuses on the customer and service delivery. Ensure financial reports are prepared and submitted to the client as needed. Oversee the receipt of purchase orders and project set up. Develop project organization and staffing assignments. Review and approve billing reports before preparation of invoices. Ensure compliance with project plan and procedures. Function as designated contract liaison with client on project contract performance and delivery. Perform quality assurance function for work products before they are submitted to clients. Capabilities and Credentials: The candidate will have demonstrated leadership, communication, and people skills. Extensive experience with working with public sector, city and county clients within federal/state/county/city regulatory jurisdictions. Experience with the USACE and in general within the Upper Midwest The candidate will maintain well-developed written communication skills in the preparation of technical reports, correspondence, and proposals. Good driving record and valid driver’s license Business development and proposal preparation. Some travel will be required. Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Geologic, Engineering, or related Science Master’s degree Preferred Minimum 15 years of engineering experience.
