What you'll do: Execute various tasks including ordering, filling, kitting, stocking, loading, and inspecting orders with high accuracy and efficiency. Maintain a valid forklift/stand-up license, complete daily maintenance logs, and uphold equipment standards. Utilize ERP/MRP systems and barcode scanners to enhance workflow. Ensure accurate inventory records through meticulous stock transfers and cycle counts. Plan and order materials in alignment with operational schedules. Organize line sets and materials efficiently. Identify and report damaged materials. Safely transport materials using appropriate tools, including pallet jacks and forklifts. Communicate any shortages of parts promptly. Assist other operators with heavy lifting as needed. Engage in quality improvement initiatives. Maintain clean and organized workspaces. Uphold safety standards in all areas of responsibility. Prepare required reports and perform administrative tasks. Be willing to work overtime on short notice. Participate in physical inventory preparations. Apply knowledge of damage parts procedures. What you need to be successful: High School Diploma or GED. Familiarity with line set practices and handling methods. Ability to work with minimal supervision. Commitment to excellence and high-quality standards. Flexibility and a positive attitude toward changing priorities. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and analytical abilities. High attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
