Job Title: General Production Worker
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated General Production Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with hand tools and power tools and the ability to manually lift siding and door frames to designated areas. You should have a keen understanding of tape measurements and basic tool knowledge.
Responsibilities
Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively.
Manually lift and transport siding and door frames to designated areas.
Apply tape measurements accurately and demonstrate basic tool knowledge.
Maintain physical fitness to lift 50-80 lbs for moving large doors.
Assist with operations on machine lines.
Essential Skills
Experience in millwork and door manufacturing.
Proficiency in production and manual labor tasks.
Experience with hand tools and power tools.
Physical ability to lift heavy objects.
Capacity to stand on feet for long periods.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in physical lifting is advantageous.
Work Environment
The work is conducted in an indoor, non-air-conditioned door shop with fans circulating air to maintain a comfortable environment.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Plant City, Florida.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00/hr.
