Job Description Summary
Agua Caliente Casinos (ACC) is seeking a highly organized and technically skilled Onsite Database Marketing Analytics Manager to lead the implementation, onboarding, and post-installation management of a new enterprise-level marketing system. This role consists of project management, marketing operations, training support, reporting, analytics and technical liaison, dedicated to ensuring a seamless transition to the new platform across all relevant departments.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
(other duties may be assigned) Platform Implementation & Onboarding:
Serve as the primary onsite lead for the installation and onboarding of the new marketing technology system at Agua Caliente Casinos.
Build and maintain a comprehensive project critical path, tracking milestones across installation, testing, training, and go-live phases. Maintain and optimize all Marketing technology platforms Collaborate with Marketing and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure platform requirements are defined and met. Lead and coordinate training sessions for all applicable teams, including Database, Digital/Email, Player Development, Interactive, and Special Events. Work directly with platform representatives and ACC Marketing to align timelines, deliverables, and outcomes. Provide day-to-day operational support for all departments using the new system. Troubleshoot technical or workflow-related issues; escalate as needed to the platform vendor or internal teams. Monitor system usage and user adoption; recommend improvements or retraining when necessary. Develop and manage ongoing reporting systems related to events, digital campaigns, player activity, and more. Cross-Departmental Coordination:
Act as a liaison between ACC Marketing, the platform provider, and other internal departments as required. Facilitate meetings with senior leadership to drive decision-making and resolve bottlenecks.
Translate business needs into technical requirements and communicate them clearly to developers, analysts, or vendor teams. Reporting & Analytics:
Create and maintain a post-launch reporting infrastructure for:
Campaign and event performance Digital/email effectiveness Player Development tracking Text messaging campaigns and response
Provide post-promotion analysis and ROI reporting for offers, campaigns, and reinvestment Oversee analysts responsible for campaign performance reporting and player analysis Collaborate with database and digital marketing teams to extract insights and optimize strategies. Conduct analytics tasks both related and unrelated to the new platform, offering marketing teams deep insights into customer behavior and campaign ROI. Supervisory Responsibilities

Qualifications
Required Education and/or Experience
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Information Systems, or a related field preferred. 3-5 years of experience in project management, marketing operations, or technology implementation, preferably in a casino/hospitality environment. Experience with marketing platforms, CRM, or data/reporting systems. Strong understanding of digital marketing, email systems, data analytics, and event campaign reporting. Exceptional communication and organizational skills; able to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines. Analytical thinker with a strong attention to detail. Familiarity with casino loyalty programs, player development processes, and event planning analytics. Hands-on experience with database querying tools, reporting dashboards, and marketing automation platforms. PMP or similar project management certification a plus
Working Conditions/Physical Demands
To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to stand, move and work throughout theoffice area and properties, including walking up to 1 ½ mile, climbing stairs and sitting at a desk/workstation for the duration of the shift. The individual may also be subjected to a smoke-filled environment.
Typically, the individual will be housed in an office environment. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate but will escalate when located in the casino environment. The individual must be able to grasp, bend, lift and/or carry or otherwise move goods weighing a minimum of 25 lbs. on an intermittent basis, and sufficient dexterity of hand in order to use office equipment including, but not limited to: a computer keyboard, calculator, general office equipment and multi-line telephone.
