3+ years of experience in event planning, marketing coordination, or a related field Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities across different events Experience handling budgets, vendors, and logistics for trade shows or events Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for vendor coordination and team support Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Adobe Suite experience is a plus Flexibility to travel (between 60%-70%) and occasionally work evenings/weekends Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs for event setup/teardown You Will Be
Planning and executing national trade shows, dealer events, regional demos, and co-op marketing activations Partnering with the Marketing Manager, Communications Specialist, and Territory Managers to align events with sales and brand strategy Coordinating with vendors, venues, and service providers to ensure seamless execution of every event Managing budgets, shipping, logistics, booth structures, and branded displays for dealer locations nationwide Serving as the on-site lead for trade shows and events, supporting execution, and representing the brand professionally Overseeing dealer logistics for demos, including signage, tents, catering, and permits Capturing event photos/videos and supporting post-event reporting, ROI analysis, and recommendations for future improvements Contributing to brand consistency and helping ensure our client's market presence remains strong and impactful across the country
