The Sanitation Associate is key to maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards within our facilities, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Key Responsibilities

Cleans and sanitizes production lines as per the Master Sanitation Schedule. Ensures equipment and areas are protected from overspray and cross-contamination. Removes and reassembles machine parts for cleaning and sanitization. Maintains cleanliness of the plant, including waste receptacles and cleaning supplies. Utilizes motorized equipment to access and move machinery as needed. Rotates through various cleaning positions to gain comprehensive knowledge of equipment. Completes additional assigned duties to support team goals. Safety Compliance

Adheres to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and performs Lock-Out Tag-Out procedures to ensure safety while working on machinery. Must be certified in Lock-Out Tag-Out and Chemical Handling, and may be certified in operating pallet jacks, scissor lifts, and forklifts. Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED. 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing or sanitation roles. Ability to train others in sanitation practices. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team. Willingness to adapt to changing schedules and assist in other roles as needed. Problem-solving skills and the ability to act independently when required. Physical Requirements

Must be able to lift items weighing between 10-50 pounds and have a full range of motion in arms and legs. Ability to work on concrete floors in cooler, damp environments is required. Compensation

The expected pay range for this position is $19.35 per hour. Factors such as experience and skills may influence the final offer.
