Location: Store #3080, 902 Short Street, Decorah, IA 52101
Starting Pay: $16.26/hr, with potential increases based on relevant experience.
As a Customer Service Specialist, your responsibilities will include:
Providing outstanding service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Assisting customers in person and over the phone to determine their needs and showcasing appropriate products and services.
Building productive trust relationships with customers.
Processing sales transactions accurately.
Achieving sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
Maintaining accurate work order files and product formulas.
Pulling products from the sales floor or warehouse and mixing/tinting products as needed.
Keeping the store organized, including stocking shelves and setting up displays.
Loading and unloading delivery trucks, assisting in deliveries if needed.
Maintaining a clean and presentable store environment.
Staying informed about product offerings and discussing options with customers.
Complying with inventory control procedures.
Suggesting ways to improve sales.
Minimum Requirements:
Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
Legally authorized to work in the country without needing sponsorship.
Ability to retrieve materials from shelves and lift/carry up to 50 lbs frequently, and up to 70 lbs on occasion.
Willingness to work scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends.
If already with Sherwin-Williams, must have at least a meets expectations rating on the latest performance appraisal.
Completion of all required HR Cloud eLearning courses for current position.
Preferred Qualifications:
Valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
High School diploma or GED.
At least one (1) year of experience in a delivery, retail, or customer service role.
Previous experience selling paint and related products.
Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment.
Ability to communicate in multiple languages, including Spanish.
