As an Employee Giving Specialist on our Community Investment team, you will support the daily administration of Employee Giving programming, in support of the Matching Gifts Program and Global Volunteer Program. This includes overseeing various processes and outbound communication via email aliases, ensuring a highly engaging and empathetic experience for our customers and others. This role is the voice of Employee Giving and a critical component to maintaining program infrastructure

Description

Manage inboxes and support requests

Support Employee Giving campaigns by maintaining deadlines, budget and scope, delivering communications content and enabling cross-functional collaboration

Provide support across various internal community programs and initiatives, including content creation, data analysis/reporting, communications, internal partnerships, and vendor partnerships

Oversee various program processes:

Shirt order fulfillment

Volunteer program intake and management

Benevity administrative management

Other tasks as identified

Responsibilities

Experience working in Corporate Social Responsibility, volunteer and/or non-profit engagement preferred

Ability to plan, communicate, handle, and organize multiple projects with competing priorities and different timescales

Strong organizational and documentation skills with a high level of attention to detail

Strong communication skills (verbal/written)

Highly self-motivated and self-managing

Comfortable managing ambiguity

Willingness to adapt to rapidly changing environment and new challenges

A proactive, assertive, sense of urgency to problem solving

Strong presentation skills (virtual/in-person)

Workplace giving platform experience preferred

Fluent using Apple technology tools (e.g. Pages, Numbers, Keynote)

Minimum Qualifications

2+ years of experience in project or program management, and/or global communications

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $88,300 and $133,600, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
