What to Expect:
As a part of our Workplace Planning and Advice team handling both outbound and inbound calls, you'll embark on a structured career development journey.
Connect with participants to build meaningful relationships through outreach and engagement, guiding them through their various options and introducing them to our services.
Develop expertise in assisting 401(k) participants with their service needs and withdrawal requests, ensuring they receive timely and accurate support.
As you enhance your relationship-building skills and industry knowledge, you’ll progress to handling consultative calls from 401(k) participants, addressing their retirement and investment queries.

The Skills You Bring: Strong client relationship experience and an understanding of a sales process, including engaging with warm leads.
Familiarity with sales or consultative relationship processes.
A track record of accountability and a results-oriented mindset.
Exceptional skill in asking probing questions to fully understand clients' situations.
Flexibility to work in a hybrid format, both remotely and on-site.
Comfortable with technology and capable of navigating multiple systems simultaneously.
A willingness to obtain FINRA SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 licenses upon hire.
