Who We Are: Conexess is a full-service staffing firm offering contract, contract-to-hire, and direct placements. We have a wide range of recruiting capabilities, from help desk technicians to CIOs. We are also capable of offering project-based work. We are seeking an experienced Adobe Digital Strategist to support change management initiatives. This role will focus on communications strategy and execution for key Adobe Digital Experience products, including Adobe ALM, Adobe Workfront, Adobe Guides, and Adobe AEM Assets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in management consulting, enterprise marketing, and deep expertise with Adobe DX solutions to ensure seamless adoption and measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a comprehensive communications strategy to drive adoption of Adobe ALM, Workfront, Guides, and AEM Assets across teams. Partner with stakeholders to align change management and communications with organizational goals and end-user needs. Create and manage messaging frameworks, rollout plans, and stakeholder engagement strategies for digital transformation programs. Provide strategic guidance on Adobe DX product capabilities, focusing on Workfront for workflow and project management, and AEM for content management. Support training, enablement, and governance efforts, ensuring clarity and alignment across teams and business units. Define and track adoption success metrics to continuously improve communication impact and adoption outcomes. Qualifications: 5+ years of management consulting experience, ideally in digital transformation and organizational change management. Proven expertise with Adobe Digital Experience products, including Workfront, AEM, ALM, and Guides. Strong background in enterprise marketing operations and communications strategy. Demonstrated ability to simplify complex concepts, communicate effectively, and influence executive stakeholders. Experience working with large-scale enterprise clients, with a strong understanding of global marketing and technology ecosystems. Excellent value story telling skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and independently.
