Courier – 1st & 2nd Shift Available

Job Summary
We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Couriers to support our logistics operations. This role involves transporting materials and products across Charleston and surrounding areas, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries that support hospital and facility operations.
Responsibilities
Perform scheduled pickups and deliveries within the city and nearby regions
Transport medical and non-medical items to designated locations
Assist with loading and unloading trucks
Verify quantities of received goods and ensure proper documentation
Use scanners and tracking tools to record inventory movements
Forward delivery paperwork to appropriate departments
Provide courteous and professional service to hospital personnel and vendors
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Familiarity with Charleston area routes and traffic patterns
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Previous experience in courier or delivery roles preferred
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift packages as needed
Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office and email systems
Preferred Skills
Inventory management and material handling
Experience with box trucks and logistics systems
Ability to operate handheld scanners
Strong organizational and recordkeeping abilities
Ideal Candidate
Experience in healthcare courier services
Intermediate computer proficiency
Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
Strong attention to detail and time management
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
