Head of Delivery Operations
for the “Data-as-a-Service” (DaaS) business. In this role, you will lead the team responsible for Snorkel’s data development pipelines, ensuring high quality and on-time delivery of complex datasets for customers at the frontier of GenAI. You'll be a technical leader who partners closely with cross-functional teams— including research, engineering, and GTM to redefine how data powering frontier AI models is delivered using Snorkel’s state-of-the-art platform and research. Main Responsibilities Build the long-term vision, near-term operating plan, metrics, and key areas of investment for the DaaS Delivery team to drive high quality, high volume data pipelines Oversee the entire lifecycle of solution delivery, from initial requirements gathering to final implementation; drive the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic data labeling/annotation/curation projects and initiatives, across varying customers and timelines and ensure all customer requirements are delivered on-time, on-budget and to quality expectations. Lead the delivery operations team to drive high-performance and scale a top performing team. Collaborate cross-functionally with research, engineering, product, supply, operations, and GTM leaders operate and scale the DaaS business Drive innovation in solutions delivery, exploring new technologies and methodologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with solution delivery, developing contingency plans and taking proactive measures to ensure all customers and crossfunctional partners are as successful as possible. Minimum Qualifications 8+ years of experience in technical delivery, operations, product, or related fields; 4+ years of people management. Strong technical background (e.g. computer science, engineering, data analytics) Proven track record of successfully leading complex, technical cross-functional projects from inception to completion Strong leadership and maturity to build (attract, hire, retain) and scale a world-class organization. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into clear, compelling narratives—written, verbal, and visual Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, especially in working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to turn ambiguous problems into scalable solutions; proven success influencingcross-functional teams and external stakeholders. Strong business acumen—assessing risks, opportunities, and trade-offs to support short-term needs and long-term goals. Bias to action and agility – you move quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment. No job is beneath you and you lead from the front. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, zero-to-one environment Bonus: experience managing customer-facing / field teams The salary range for this position based in the San Francisco Bay Area is $240,000 - $300,000. All offers include equity compensation in the form of employee stock options.
