Job Title: Supply Chain Coordinator
Job Location: Wauwatosa, WI 53226
Job Duration: +12 months with possible extension
Shift: Mon - Fri 8 am - 5 pm
Top Skills Required:
Experience in buying or inventory management (strongly preferred) ERP system experience (SAP strongly preferred) Proficiency with Power BI Dashboards (plus) Reporting Structure: Reports to the Supply Chain Manager of the Durable Goods Business Unit
Job Summary: The Supply Chain Coordinator supports daily supply chain operations by executing inventory transactions, reconciling data, and managing SAP processes. This role involves cross-functional collaboration and contributes to the continuous improvement and digitalization of supply chain activities.
Key Responsibilities: 1. Operational Support - 60%
Execute daily SAP transactions (inventory movements, quality control, imports, master data updates, etc.) Manage transportation load planning (TMS), purchasing receipts, and invoice processing Coordinate third-party equipment tracking and product reclaim tasks Validate and process vendor invoices Serve as NAFTA coordinator as needed Participate in supply chain projects 2. Sales & Operations Planning Support - 30%
Reconcile inventory and monitor stock levels vs. targets Execute related SAP transactions Support the execution of supply chain plans 3. Reporting & Digitalization - 10%
Extract and organize data for ad hoc reports Coordinate product swaps and trading agreements Assist with implementation of digital tools and reporting solutions Support continuous process improvement initiatives
Work Environment & Context:
Based onsite in Wauwatosa, WI No or limited travel expected Acts as a liaison between Supply Chain and departments such as Business Management, Customer Service, Manufacturing, Logistics, Purchasing, Finance, Marketing, Regulatory, and external partners (warehouses, suppliers, carriers, etc.) Ensures execution of operating plans and assists in resolving operational issues Supports site Health, Environment, and Safety (HES) policies and actively participates in initiatives like Behavioral Based Safety and SafeStart Promotes reporting of all safety, environmental, and incident-related events
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (preferred fields: Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or Technical) 1-3 years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Customer Service, or relevant internships Proficient in SAP (strongly preferred) Familiarity with Transportation Management Systems (preferred) Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite Power BI knowledge is a plus
