Job Title: Shipping and Receiving Specialist
Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving Specialist to join our team in a fast-paced, production-based environment. The role involves managing deliveries, handling packaging, and performing data entry tasks within the warehouse.
Responsibilities
Schedule and receive deliveries using SAP and Excel.
Manage FedEx and UPS deliveries.
Perform hands-on packaging and manage shipping door operations.
Operate forklifts for material handling.
Perform general laborer duties as needed.
Conduct data entry tasks using Excel.
Perform cycle counts and manage inventory using WMS and RF scanner technology.
Essential Skills
At least 3 years of experience in shipping and receiving.
Strong proficiency in operating forklifts.
Experience with SAP, Excel, and WMS systems.
Ability to perform cycle counts and use RF scanner technology.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in a manufacturing environment is advantageous.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team.

Work Environment
This role is based in a medium-sized manufacturing company that produces flavors for oils and other substances. The environment is fast-paced and communication-driven. The position is located in the shipping and receiving department, and requires wearing steel-toe boots. Employees will work in either the Trilogy location in Abingdon, Maryland, or the Citrus location in Belcamp, Maryland. The work shift is from 9:30 am to 6:00 pm.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
