Family Medicine physician position in Iowa Falls & Ackley, Iowa with a $100,000 sign-on bonus. Employment through Trinity Health / MercyOne North Iowa Medical Center. Regional system with affiliations to MercyOne North Iowa Medical Center. Responsibilities
Busy outpatient practice with instant volume Join 4 Physicians and 5 Advanced Practice Providers Patient care from newborn to end of life; no OB (OB shared care available with Mason City if interested) Minimal call: 1/9 rotation; phone call only 4-day work week Clinic located inside hospital with convenient access to Lab, imaging (x-ray, MRI, CT), pharmacy, ER, etc.; Ackley clinic has full imaging service and PACS Specialists available in-house (Audiology, Cardiology, Dermatology, General Surgery, Neurology, Neurology, OBGYN, Ophthalmology, Podiatry, Wound care, Urology, ENT, Orthopedics, etc.) Location & Facility
Ackley clinic and Hansen Family Hospital; newly built hospital (2014) and clinic (2009). Affiliation with MercyOne North Iowa Medical Center, a Level III Trauma Center and regional referral teaching center. Regional presence across 14 counties with multiple facilities. Compensation & Benefits
$100,000 sign-on bonus $290,000 base salary + production 34 days of PTO on base; 40 days PTO when on production Annual CME stipend of $4,000 Health, Dental, Vision, Life insurance Short-term and long-term disability 403(b) with employer contribution and employer matching; Optional 457(b) Benefits start on day 1 Employer-sponsored professional liability and tail insurance Reimbursement for licenses, DEA/CSA, boards, registrations, journals, etc. Qualifications
BC/BE; board certified or board eligible Must be able to obtain Mercy Medical Center-North Iowa medical staff privileges Excellent communication, team-oriented Licensed or eligible for Iowa physician license; Iowa Controlled Substances Certificate and Federal DEA Certificate Additional Information
