Set and communicate team priorities that support the broader organization's goals. Align strategy, processes, and decision-making across teams. Set clear expectations with individuals based on their level and role and aligned to the broader organization's goals. Meet regularly with individuals to discuss performance and development and provide feedback and coaching. Ensure timely and high-quality execution of team projects, delivering robust, scalable, and efficient solutions that improve data center network performance and reliability. Lead and manage a team of software engineers responsible for the analytics and topology engineering aspects of Google's Data Center Networks. Provide technical guidance on the architecture, design, and implementation of algorithms and distributed systems for network topology optimization, performance evaluation, and simulation, with a focus on supporting large-scale Machine Learning workloads.
