Staff Force is now hiring an experienced Electrical Supply Warehouse Associate
to join a fast-paced and growing electrical distribution center. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and at least
2 years of experience
in
electrical distribution or a similar warehouse environment .
Job Responsibilities:
Shipping & Receiving:
Verify incoming shipments, inspect materials for damage or defects, and ensure accurate counts.
Order Fulfillment:
Accurately pick and pull parts and materials from inventory for customer or contractor orders using pick tickets and RF scanners.
Packaging:
Securely pack products for safe shipment using appropriate materials and labeling.
Material Handling:
Load and unload delivery trucks, stock shelves, and organize inventory using a
sit-down forklift .
Inventory Management:
Maintain clean, organized warehouse space; ensure stock is rotated and stored properly.
RF Scanner Usage:
Utilize handheld scanners for tracking inventory and processing orders.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with warehouse staff, drivers, and customer service teams to support smooth daily operations.
Work Environment:
This role is within an
electrical supply distribution warehouse , meaning you'll handle a wide range of electrical materials such as:
Conduit, fittings, and electrical connectors
Wire and cable spools
Lighting fixtures and related hardware
Circuit breakers, switchgear, and panel boards
Other specialized electrical components used in residential, commercial, and industrial construction
Warehouse associates must be comfortable working around high-value and occasionally heavy electrical equipment, with a strong focus on safety, accuracy, and organization.
Requirements:
Minimum
2 years of experience
in an electrical supply warehouse or equivalent distribution role
Familiarity with
RF scanners
and
sit-down forklift
operation
Strong knowledge of standard warehouse procedures including shipping, receiving, and inventory control
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods
Dependable and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Must have full schedule flexibility Monday through Friday from
7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
