You’ll be: \n- Tracking, analyzing, and updating space data to develop scenario and occupancy plans for our offices. \n- Assisting with migration plans, group and individual moves, and supporting office space allocation. \n- Maintaining and updating floor plans, ensuring accuracy in business group assignments, occupancy, and conference room ownership. \n- Manage and maintain space-related data repositories and databases. \n- Conduct regular data audits and monthly reviews to ensure accuracy and compliance. \n- Working with facilities management, human resources, and business leaders to align the workplace with business goals. \n \n \n This job might be an outstanding fit if you: \n- Hold a
Bachelor’s degree
in a relevant field (business, architecture, building design, Facilities) . \n- Have
0–2 years of experience
in space/occupancy planning, corporate space planning, data and floor planning focus, building design or related fields. \n- Are proficient in
Microsoft Office Suite
(Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with Excel (pivot tables, vlookup) . \n- Bluebeam, AutoCAD,
