We’re looking for a positive and professional guest services agent to deliver an exceptional experience to every guest at our hotel. You’ll welcome guests, manage their information, distribute their keys, assist with events, collaborate with the F&B team, and answer any general inquiries to ensure they have an excellent stay with us. Responsibilities: • Perform regular bookkeeping duties: make sure hotel guest information is current and correct • Communicate with housekeeping to make sure guest rooms are ready • Give every guest a warm welcome, check them in, and check them out when they leave, ensuring you provide correct keys and room numbers • Field customer complaints when necessary • Answer incoming calls and questions about guests’ needs in-person and online regarding room bookings, room rates, amenities, available rooms, rewards programs, and special requests • Assist with Breakfast service, including breakfast prep, set up, and clean up • Assist the hotel with various events on the property Qualifications: • Has previous experience or working knowledge of Microsoft Office and reservation management systems • Comfortable taking telephone calls and mitigating stressful situations • Excellent time management skills, organizational skills, customer service skills, and interpersonal skills • At least one year of hospitality industry experience as a hotel front desk agent or similar position preferred • Must have graduated high school, received a GED or equivalent • Be available on Weekends Compensation: $18 - $20 hourly
